Welcome to Sovereign Sanctuary's private member area (“the Sanctuary”). These Terms of Use govern access to the member waiting room, membership features, AI-enabled tools, materials, communications, and member records (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Private, Invitation-Only Access

Access is available only to individuals who have been invited, registered as approved members, and assigned a valid member account.

Your account is personal to you. Do not share your password, invitation link, account access, or member-area content with another person.

The Sanctuary may suspend, restrict, or remove access where it reasonably believes access is unauthorized, harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.

2. Membership and Access

Membership grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the Services available under your membership level.

Membership does not confer ownership of the Sanctuary, its assets, content, technology, intellectual property, community spaces, or governance.

Where membership fees apply, payment terms, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and any applicable refund policy will be shown when you join or renew your membership. Unless otherwise stated, access continues only for the paid membership period.

3. Member Information

Information displayed in your waiting room is provided for Sanctuary administration and member communication.

You agree to keep your account information accurate and notify Sanctuary administration if your name, contact information, or access needs change.

4. Orchard Titles and Allocations

Where shown, an Orchard title or share allocation reflects the Sanctuary’s current internal record for that member.

These records are private, subject to review and correction by Sanctuary administration, and may be updated when Sanctuary records, governance decisions, or applicable requirements change.

An Orchard title or share allocation does not, by itself, create a transferable security, employment relationship, partnership, ownership right, legal entitlement, or guarantee of financial return.

Members may not sell, assign, transfer, pledge, publish, or represent an allocation without written authorization from the Sanctuary.

5. Confidentiality and Community Privacy

The member area may contain private communications, records, policies, creative works, plans, images, and other non-public Sanctuary materials.

You agree to:

• Keep non-public Sanctuary information confidential.

• Use member-area materials only for your personal participation in the Sanctuary.

• Not copy, distribute, record, repost, disclose, sell, or commercially use materials without writtenpermission.

• Respect the privacy, dignity, and personal information of other members.

• Not collect, share, or misuse another member’s personal or confidential information.

Your confidentiality obligations continue after your membership or access ends.

6. Respectful Participation

Members must engage with the Sanctuary and its members respectfully, honestly, and without harassment, discrimination, threats, exploitation, deception, spam, or disruption.

You must not use the Services to:

• Break applicable laws or infringe another person’s rights.

• Impersonate the Sanctuary, its staff, or another member.

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

• Gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or materials.

• Reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Services.

• Promote unauthorized commercial activity or solicit members without permission.

The Sanctuary may remove content or restrict access where conduct undermines member safety, trust, privacy, or the purpose of the Sanctuary.

7. AI-Enabled Features

Some Services may include AI-enabled tools, assistants, prompts, or generated content.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing and independently evaluating any AI-generated content before acting on it.

Do not use AI-enabled features to create, request, upload, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content. Do not submit another person’s confidential or sensitive information without their permission.

8. Member Content

You remain responsible for content you submit, post, upload, or share through the Services.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant the Sanctuary a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

9. No Professional or Financial Advice

Content in the member area, including AI-generated content, is for internal information, education, and community purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, mental-health, investment, or other professional advice.

Members should seek qualified independent advice before making decisions with legal, financial, health, or tax consequences.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Sanctuary retains all rights in its name, brand, written materials, designs, images, videos, policies, AI tools, and other member-area content.

You may use these materials only for your personal participation in the Sanctuary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, sell, reverse-engineer, or use Sanctuary materials outside the member area without prior written permission.

11. Changes to Services and Terms

The Sanctuary may update these Terms, member-area content, access permissions, membership features, or policies when needed.

Material changes will be posted in the member area or otherwise communicated to members. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Ending Access

You may stop using the member area at any time.

The Sanctuary may end, pause, or restrict access for administrative, security, conduct, payment, membership-status, or other reasonable operational reasons.

Ending access does not remove confidentiality obligations or restrictions on use of non-public Sanctuary materials.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. The Sanctuary does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully accurate access to the Services, materials, or AI-enabled features.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sanctuary is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Acceptance

By accessing, using, or continuing to use the Sanctuary or any of its Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, including any updated version made available to members.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Sanctuary or its Services.
