Date: 10 October 2026

Eve’s Orchard is a private member community built on discretion, trust, mutual respect, and meaningful participation. This Community Protocol applies to all member-area activity, private communications, AI-enabled features, and Sanctuary-hosted gatherings.

  • Obtain explicit consent before publishing or sharing identifiable photographs, videos, or personalinformation about another member.

4. Consent and Personal Boundaries

Every member is responsible for respecting clear personal, emotional, digital, and physical boundaries.

A member’s appearance, profile, ideas, identity, role, or participation in the community is never an invitation for unwanted contact, pressure, sexual communication, or physical interaction.

Unwanted sexual content, sexual harassment, non-consensual contact, or coercive behaviour is prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the Sanctuary.

Where a dress code, theme, arrival requirement, access condition, or event protocol is communicated, all attendees must comply.

The Sanctuary may deny entry or remove an attendee who does not follow stated event requirements, behaves disruptively, compromises the privacy or safety of others, or undermines the intended atmosphere of the gathering.

Event-specific requirements supplement this Community Protocol.

8. AI-Enabled Features

AI tools within the Sanctuary are intended to support reflection, creativity, learning, organization, and community participation.

9. Honest Identity and Profile Integrity

Members may express themselves creatively, but they must not materially misrepresent who they are.

Deepfakes, face swaps, misleading AI-generated imagery, false identities, or deceptive profiles that could cause another member to misunderstand a member’s identity or intentions are prohibited.

10.

Orchard Titles and Allocations

Orchard titles or allocations shown in the member area are private internal records of the Sanctuary.

All members must respect recognized Orchard title holders and address them by their designated Sanctuary titles in Sanctuary communications, member spaces, and at Sanctuary events or gatherings.

Titles are part of the Sanctuary’s internal structure and community etiquette. Members must not mock, misuse, falsely claim, alter, or diminish another member’s title.

A title or allocation is held for the lifetime of the recognized title holder and may be inherited by a recognized or registered next of kin. The Sanctuary will record and confirm the succession in its internal member records upon receipt of appropriate notice and supporting documentation.

Orchard titles and allocations may not be sold, assigned, pledged, publicly promoted, or represented as an investment, security, employment arrangement, ownership right, or guarantee of financial return.
